In a significant move towards sustainable landscaping and exhibition excellence, a delegation of key clients from Iraq recently visited Wulala Garden, a leading nursery supplier, for a major purchase of artistic Ficus trees. This strategic acquisition, featuring Cage-style Ficus, S-curve Ficus, and Stool-shaped Ficus, is set to power their upcoming project for the IPM Exhibition in Dubai, while aligning with the long-term goals of Dubai Vision 2050.

IPM Collaboration Begins

The visit underscored a growing demand in the Middle East for high-quality ornamental plants that combine aesthetic appeal with drought-tolerant characteristics. The Iraqi clients focused their procurement on specially trained curated Ficus varieties, renowned for their suitability in sustainable landscape design for arid and semi-arid regions.

The selected Ficus trees are not only visually striking but also exemplify the principles of water-wise gardening and low-maintenance landscaping, core themes of the IPM Dubai show. The purchases included: Cage-style Ficus: Prized for its unique, architectural form, ideal as a focal point in modern garden design. S-curve Ficus: Celebrated for its elegant, graceful silhouette, adding artistic flair to high-end landscaping projects and residential gardens. Stool-shaped Ficus: A whimsical and functional choice, demonstrating innovation in nursery cultivation and creative outdoor design.

“This procurement is crucial for our IPM project,” stated a representative from the Iraqi delegation. “We chose Ulala Garden for their exceptional expertise in export-quality trees and their commitment to sustainable horticulture. These artistic plants will be central to our exhibit, showcasing how beauty and environmental resilience go hand-in-hand, directly supporting the ecological pillars of Dubai Vision 2050.”
